Once an account becomes 3 Days Overdue we will suspend the hosting account, as all services are Prepay you must always ensure you have paid by the due date. Once an account balance has been cleared it will be automatically unsuspended and web/email services will become available straightaway.
Sometimes accounts can be suspended for other reasons such as:
- Excessive Resource Usage
- Suspicious Account Activity
- Hacked Account
