Transferring your domain to us is easy, just follow the steps below.
- Log into the client area
- Click Manage Domains
- Click Register or Transfer a Domain
- Enter the domain and click the search icon
- Click Transfer next to your domain
- Contact your current registrar and ask them to set the IPS tag/EPP Code for your domain to HostBee.
Before starting please ensure the following prerequisites are met as this will ensure you transfer goes smoothly:
- Your domain must not have been registered or transferred within the past 60 days
- You must not have updated the registrant organisation in past the past 60 days
- You must not have updated the registrants contacts first or last name in the past 60 days
- You must make sure there are no outstanding fees due on the domain
- You must make sure your Registrant Email and Admin Email address are correct.
